For existing buildings, we can provide a range of services

We can provide advice on the condition of the existing MEPH services installations.

This is often in the form of dilapidation surveys of the services as part of leasehold or purchasing agreements.

Condition surveys may also be carried out to update asset registers, or for investigation into reported problems with existing systems.

For proposed extension, refurbishment or alteration / re-modelling of existing buildings, we can provide advice on the proposals in respect of the effect on the existing services installations and their suitability (or otherwise) for retention and continued use.

This can take the form of simple report, or can lead on to full works specifications and drawings.

For those who are looking to reduce their energy consumption or carbon footprint, we can review the existing installations and provide advice and options on the best way to achieve this goal. A report can be tailored to the client’s requirements – whether a full detailed analysis with budget costings and paybacks, or just a simple summary of the options.

We can assist with engineering designs for refurbishments or extensions – whether simple alterations or whole plant replacement (or anywhere in between).

A review of the existing building service capabilities can be carried out to inform the Client of the options available.
