New Build Projects

For new build projects, we can provide MEPH services design from the initial stages of the project right through to the completion and hand-over.

Along with other members of the design team we can work within the scope of the RIBA Stages, from initial Concept (RIBA Stages 0-1) to Concept Design (RIBA Stage 2) and through to the full design stages beyond.

We provide our design services in many different ways to suit the Client’s requirements.

For the client, we can provide a traditional fully Detailed Design or Performance Design, where the final design is undertaken by the Contractor as part of a “design and build” contract.

For the Contractor, we can provide detailed design services as part of their proposal, to comply with the Client’s Performance Specification.
